Kung Fu expert Quinn Hale shows the handcrafted training swords he made for Tai Chi. He explains that Tai Chi is a form of Kung Fu, and a real martial art, not just an exercise. He also practices Dragon style Kung Fu which is less calm than Tai Chi.
