Judge Ray Pianka introduced Gary Kotlarsic as recipient of the Freedom Award at the 51st annual Christmas Luncheon of the American Nationalities Movement of Ohio (ANM). Gary Kotlarsic has been a volunteer for many Polish organizations including director of the Polish American Cultural Center, John Paul II.
