A little rain did not dampen the spirits at the Indian Cultural Garden in Cleveland as Ambassador Nirupama Rao visited the Garden and helped unveil a new feature. Mrs. Nirupama Rao assumed her responsibilities as Ambassador of India to the United States in September 2011. Ambassador Rao was in town meeting with area leaders, including Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, and attending several events in Northeast Ohio's Indian-American community. Thanks to Anjan K. Ghose for these photos.
