The City of Cleveland Community Relations Board, led by Asian Liaison Chia-Min Chen, hosted an Asian Heritage Day Celebration on May 28, 2014 in the Cleveland City Hall Rotunda. Over 60 Asian community groups and organizations participated. Chia-Min Chen called them up to the stage one at a time and each gave an elevator speech explaining their organization. The groups are posted in alphabetical order. (As always if we made a mistake with a name or you can help ID someone please let us know.)

Association of Indian Physicians of Northern OhioAssociation of Indian Physicians of Northern Ohio (AIPNO) is a non-profit organization founded in 1983 to bring together the physicians of Indian origin practicing in Northern Ohio. The Association has more than 300 physician members. Since 1992, AIPNO has organized an Annual Endowment Fundraiser "Chiraag" and has targeted this fundraising event to local charities that are in need of funding and who will benefit greatly from the contributions. This event is made possible through the support of the AIPNO members, and continuous generous contributions of the leaders and members of the business community.
Bhutanese-Nepalese Community in Cleveland
The Bhutanese and Nepalese communities in Cleveland are mostly in Lakewood, Cleveland, Cleveland Heights and South Euclid. Many were refugees.

Tzu Chi Foundation's "Four Major Missions" consist of Charity, Medicine, Education, and Humanity.
