Blooming Flower - Paj Twag Tshiab Hmong Dancers came up from Akron to perform at the 2014 Inauguration of the new officers of the Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) Cleveland Chapter. The young girls performed traditional dances of the Hmong people of China.
