Pakistani Cultural Garden at 2018 One World Day

The Cleveland Pakistani community was out in full force at the 73rd annual One World Day on the site of the upcoming Pakistan Cultural Garden. There was music, dancing, entertainment, food and fun as members of the Pakistani community shared their culture with thousands of visitors to One World Day.

A keynote address was given by Dr. Najia Usman who told about growing up in Canada and as usually being the only Pakistani girl and the pride in her heritage.

The Spartan Bhangra dance and cultural team is made up of students from Case Western Reserve University. They showcased their award winning Bhangra dance moves.
