Polish Constitution Day 2010 Slavic Village Parade
Polish Constitution Day celebrates the signing of the Constitution of May 3, 1791.
In 2010, there were two parades celebrating the event. The parade chronicled on this page took place on the historical route through Cleveland's Slavic Village. There was also a parade in Parma.
There was a terrible accident before the parade kicked off as a car drove into members of the Rhodes High School Band. Our prayers are for the speedy and complete recovery of the injured. Despite the tragic event, the parade continued on.
