Polish Village ribbon cutting in Parma Ohio
May 1, 2011

Polish Village was officially designated on Sunday May 1, 2011 in Parma Ohio. It joins the existing Ukrainian Village in Parma.

During the Polish Constitution Day Parade in Parma, the units paused as Parma Mayor Dean DePiero, John Borkowski, President of the Polish America Congress - Ohio Division, Warsaw Uprising hero and Parade Grand Marshall Halina Junak and others approached the podium.

They then cut a ribbon to officially open Polish Village in Parma.
