The Piast dynasty was the first historical ruling dynasty of Poland. The folk song and dance group PIAST is named for them. They are part of the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America (PRCUA) the oldest Polish American organization in the United States. PIAST Table at Cleveland Museum of Art

This first dance is a traditional dance from the Krakow region.
This is a short Polish song by one of the young ladies of PIAST.
Much of the audience was surprised or thought there was technical difficulty when the young PIAST member abruptly stopped her song on the trumpet. Of course it was the Hejnal and was supposed to stop.

This is an energetic traditional Polish folk dance.
This was the grand finale dance.
