The Cleveland Russian Cultural Garden hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at the Garden on Thursday June 23, 2016.
Dr. Boris Vinogradksy and Svetlana Stolyarova are the co-chairs of the Russian CulturaL Garden in Cleveland.

Svetlana Stolyarova explained Phase 1 of the Russian Cultural Garden in Cleveland to Debbie Hanson at the groundbreaking ceremony in the garden.
The ceremony began and Svetlana Stolyarova welcomed the crowd to the groundbreaking of the Russian Cultural Garden in Cleveland. She called up committee members and young Paulina sang the national anthem.
