Roman Fedkiw welcomed the crowd to the annual Ukrainian festival in Ukrainian Village after the Ukrainian Parade in Parma, Ohio. He told of the record 55 organizations in the 2013 parade. Fedkiw then read a proclamation from Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur.
