Donna Hom was inducted into the 2014 Class of the Cleveland International Hall of Fame on the evening of May 12, 2014. A sold out crowd of 520 (with a waiting list) attended the induction ceremony in the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott at Key Center.

George Hwang inducted Donna Hom. George Hwang is the owner of the award winning Pearl of the Orient Restaurant. He called Donna Hom a rags to riches immigrant success story.
