Farewell Ceremony 2024 Pan-American Masters Games Mall C - Downtown Cleveland July 21, 2024
Cleveland was the proud host of the 2024 Pan-American Masters Games from July 12-21, 2024. The 2024 Pan-American Masters Games featured athletes from 6 continents, 48 states and more than 70 countries. Participants competed in 24 medal-contending sports. There were a variety of Special Events for the athletes and other visitors including the Farewell Ceremony held on Sunday July 21.
At the Closing Celebration on Sunday July 21, 2024 medals were awarded for the last events such as the 10K race. Bridget Linton served as MC for a brief closing ceremony.

First was Ansir Junaid, Chairman and Trustee of the Junaid Family Foundation and co-chair of the local organizing committee. He thanked his co-chairs and praised the athletes who gave their best.

Cuyahoga County Executive Chris Ronayne spoke about Jesse Owens and Madeline Manning and encouraged the athletes to come back to Cleveland.
