Our Lady of Mount Carmel is an historic Catholic Church in Cleveland's Gordon Square neighborhood which has had a large Italian population over the years. Each year they host the annual Our Lady of Mt Carmel a Festival featuring food, games, music and family fun. Outside the Church are numerous statues as you can see in these photos.

The Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mercy--Mercedarian Friars--was founded in 1218 by Saint Peter Nolasco for the redemption of captive Christians.
