Larry Miller, President of the French American Chamber of Commerce in Northern Ohio, helped organize 'A Little Taste of Normandy' French Culinary and Nutrition Week from November 26-29, 2012.

A delegation from Rouen France visited Cleveland and kicked off the week at Cleveland City Hall.

One of the highlights of the week was Cooking Demonstration by Master Chef Alexis Caquelard and his apprentice Anthony Coufourier at the Tri-C Hospitality Management Center.
