Faris Alameh was born and raised in the mountainous area of Aley, Lebanon. He came to the U.S. at the age of 17 in the early 1970's and graduated with a degree in business. He then successfully owned and ran a few businesses in the
Cleveland area.
Faris was President and founder of the Cleveland Advertising Agency for 15 years. He has served on the board of the Cleveland American Middle Eastern Organization (CAMEO) for over 12 years.
He is a member of the Lebanese Cultural Garden committee and has served as Vice-chair of the American Lebanese Community Council since its inception.
Faris is the Past President of American Druze Society and is currently a board member. He is the highest ranking religious person in the Druze religion in Cleveland.
