The Taste of Casimir festival at the historic St Casimir church featured traditional Polish food, a Polish Beer Garden, Bi-lingual Masses and Church Tours, live Polish music, shopping, raffles and more.

The food was traditional and delicious featuring Polish favorites such as Golabki (stuffed cabbage roll), Schab (breaded pork cutlet), Mielony (ground pork loaf), pierogi, Lazanki (cabbage and noodles), buraczki (beets), Mizeria (cucumbers in sour cream), Placki (potato pancakes), Kilebasy, Bigos (Hunter's Stew) and assorted bakery including Kremowki (Papal cream cake) and Paczki.
